ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE NORTH 95
FEET OF CHEROKEE LANE, A 60 FOOT WIDE STREET RIGHT-
OF-WAY, SITUATED BETWEEN PORTIONS OF LOTS 2 AND 9,
MOCKINGBIRD LANE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT 0.131 acres of land, more or less, the same being the north 95 feet of
Cherokee Lane, a 60 foot wide street right-of-way, situated between portions of Lots
2 and 9, Mockingbird Lane Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A' attached hereto, is hereby abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
1993.
