ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT TO EMIL L. WEAVER TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PROFESSIONAL OFFICES WITHIN
AN RM-H (RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE FAMILY
DWELLING-HIGHEST DENSITY) ZONING DISTRICT
LOCATED IN THE 3500 BLOCK OF BLACKMON LANE,
FRENCH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Beaumont desires to issue a Specific
Use Permit to Emil L. Weaver to allow the construction of professional offices within an
RM-H (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling-Highest Density) located in the 3500 block of
Blackmon Lane, being Tax Tracts 3E and 4A out of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, French
Subdivision, containing 1.99 acres of land, more or less, in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the issuance of such
specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to
the hereinafter described conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That all conditions necessary for issuance of a specific use permit have been
met and a specific use permit to allow the construction of professional offices within an RM-
H (Residential Multiple Family Dwelling-Highest Density) zone located in the 3500 block
of Blackmon Lane in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, is hereby granted to

Emil L. Weaver, his legal representatives, successors and assigns for that certain tract
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, subject
to the above conditions.
Section 2.
That the specific use permit herein granted is expressly issued for and in
accordance with each particular and detail of the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit 'B"
and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Section 3.
Notwithstanding the site plan attached hereto, the use of the property
hereinabove described shall be in all other respects subject to all of the applicable
regulations contained in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas, as
amended.
