ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING A TEN FOOT(10')WIDE GENERAL UTILITY
EASEMENT EXTENDING A LENGTH OF APPROXIMATELY
327 FEET EAST TO WEST ALONG THE NORTH FIVE FEET
(5') OF LOTS 8-14 AND THE SOUTH FIVE FEET (5') OF
LOTS 1-6, BLOCK 35, CALDER HIGHLAND EXTENSION
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a ten foot (10') wide general utility easement extending a length of approximately 327
feet east to west along the north five feet (5') of Lots 8 through 14 and the south five feet (5')
of Lots 1 through 6, Block 35, Calder Highland Extension Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, said easement being recorded in the Jefferson County Deed Records,Vol. 765,
Page 608, and containing 0.075 acres in area, more or less, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, be and it is hereby vacated and abandoned and title to such property shall revert to
and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,2 day
