BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to Mustang Tractor and Equipment in the amount of$32,196.32 for unforeseen repairs to
a 1999 Caterpillar D7 bulldozer.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
