WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for the Bunn's Bluff Canal - Levee
Improvement Project; and,
WHEREAS, Brystar Contracting, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$2,039,667;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brystar Contracting, Inc for a contract in the amount of
$2,039,667 for the construction of the Bunn's Bluff Canal - Levee Improvement Project be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
October, 2003.
