THAT Resolution No. 03-025 passed by the City Council January 21, 2003 granting an
additional 180 day extension of coverage for certain insurance and pay benefits to City of
Beaumont employees who are members of the National Guard or military reserves serving
active duty is hereby amended to extend coverage for the actual period of time these
employees are serving active duty in the aftermath of the war with Iraq.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day
of October, 2003.
