BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a three-(3) year
contract with Prudential Insurance Company for Basic Life and Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D), Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
(AD&D)and Dependent Life Insurance for the City of Beaumont at the rates shown below
to be effective January 1, 2004:
