WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for the construction of the Delaware
Street Extension Project; and,
WHEREAS, Brystar Contracting, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$4,224,066.30; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brystar
Contracting, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Brystar Contracting, Inc for a contract in the amount of
$4,224,066.30 for the construction of the Delaware Street Extension Project be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
October, 2003.
