ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1993 AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1994 BY APPROPRIATING $147,000
FROM UNRESERVED FUNDS IN THE CONFISCATED
GOODS FUND TO THE CONFISCATED GOODS FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Fiscal Budget of the City of Beaumont for the period commencing October 1,
1993 and ending September 30, 1994 be and the same is hereby amended by appropriating
$147,000 from the unreserved fund balance of the Confiscated Goods Fund to the
Confiscated Goods Fund.
