ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 60 FOOT
WIDE DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING AT
THE WEST END OF THE BAYOU BEND ADDITION AND
THE EAST END OF OAK TRACE ADDITION BEING
LOCATED SOUTH OF DELAWARE STREET, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS; AND RETAINING A
GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT 0.702 acres of land, more or less, the same being a 60-foot wide dedicated street right-
of-way lying at the west end of the Bayou Bend Addition and the east end of Oak Trace
Addition being located south of Delaware Street, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby abandoned, subject to the retention of the
entire right-of-way area as a general utility easement and retaining all dedicated and recorded
utility and drainage easements within such right-of-way.
