ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE NORTH 1.5 FEET OF THE STREET
LIGHT EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 2,
SHERIDAN PARK ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the north 1.5 feet of the street light easement between Lots 1 and 2, Sheridan Park
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is
hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of ' 1992.
