ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
2.242 ACRES OF THE ROSE LANE STREET
EASEMENT, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT 2.242 acres of the Rose Lane street easement, as recorded in the Jefferson County Deed
Records in Volume 2351, Page 113 of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the &day
of 1991.
