ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
A 30 FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING
ADJACENT TO LOTS 1 AND 9, BLOCK 44,
CARTWRIGHT ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 30 foot wide right-of-way lying adjacent to Lots 1 and 9, Block 44, Cartwright
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is
hereby, abandoned subject to the retention of a general utility easement.
