ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
DEDICATED 5 FOOT X 30 FOOT GUY WIRE
EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE REAR OF LOT
10, BLOCK 1, WESTHAVEN TERRACE
ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a dedicated 5 foot x 30 foot guy wire easement located at the rear of Lot 10, Block 1,
Westhaven Terrace Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, is hereby abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1� day
