ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
20 FOOT BY 300 FOOT ALLEY IN BLOCK 55,
NORTH ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20 foot by 300 foot alley in Block 55, North Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby abandoned, subject to the retention
of a general utility easement for the same area replacing the abandoned alley.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the _7a-day
of 1992.
