ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE NORTH 10 FEET BY 25 FEET OF A 10
FOOT BY 100 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT
LYING BETWEEN LOTS 1 AND 2, HIGHLAND
ESTATES SUBDIVISION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the north 10 feet by 25 feet of a 10 foot by 100 foot utility easement lying between
Lots 1 and 2, Highland Estates Subdivision, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the &w day
