30 FOOT WIDE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
LYING ADJACENT TO BLOCK 124,
CARTWRIGHT 2ND ADDITION, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
-� Tr ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT a 30 foot wide street right-of-way lying adjacent to Block 124, Cartwright 2nd
Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is
hereby, abandoned, subject to the retention of a general utility easement for the same area
replacing the abandoned right-of-way.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 42w day
of 1992.
