ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING
THE EAST 3 FEET OF A 15 FOOT WIDE
DEDICATED UTILITY AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE REAR OF
LOT 1-4, SHERIDAN PARK SUBDIVISION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFriRavN COUTNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the east 3 feet of a 15 foot wide dedicated utility and drainage easement located along
the rear of Lots 1-4, Sheridan Park Subdivision, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Lf�--day
of 1992.
