ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1
SECTION 6-115 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas is hereby amended by adding
a new section to Section 6-115 to read as follows:
Section 6-115.
(5) The installation of A.C. or armored cable shall not be permitted in any place or
places designed or intended for assembly occupancy purposes.
Section 2.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed to the extent
of the conflict only.
Section 3.
That any person who violates any provision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be
punished as provided in Section 1-8 of the Code of Ordinances of Beaumont, Texas.
