ORDINANCE NO. 9r--15-
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 400
FOOT X 7 FOOT PORTION OF THE TILSON STREET 50
FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A 16 FOOT X 250
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE MINTER ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the abandoning of the 400 foot x 7 foot portion of the Tilson Street 50 foot wide
right-of-way and a 16 foot x 250 foot utility easement in the Minter Addition, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be, and it is hereby,
abandoned and title to such property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
