ORDINANCE NO. 91—/6
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING PART OF A
DEDICATED SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED
ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF WILLOW BEND DRIVE (VOL.
14, PAGE 292, JEFFERSON COUNTY MAP RECORDS).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT part of a dedicated sanitary sewer easement located on the map or plat of Willow
Bend Drive (Vol. 14, Page 292, Jefferson County Map Records, as shown on Exhibit "A"
& "B" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby, abandoned and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 62 6 e2L--

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT ABANDONMENT
BEING a portion of a sanitary sewer easement as shown on the cz
Map or Plat of Willow Bend Drive, recorded in Volume 14 Page "
292 of the Map Records, Jefferson County, Texas, said
abandoned tract being more particularly described as follows: cn
COMMENCING at the intersection of the South right-of-way line
of Walden Road and the West right-of-way line of Willow Bend r.a
Drive; ua
THENCE South 0 deg. 01 min. 44 sec. East along and with the cs�
West right-of-way line of Willow Bend Drive for a distance of
395.59 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the tract herein
described, said point being the beginning of a curve concave
to the East, having a radius of 1030.60 and having a central
angle of 16 deg. 29 min. 41 sec. ;
THENCE continuing along and with the West right-of-way line
of Willow Bend Drive in a Southerly direction along the arc
of said curve an arc distance of 296.70 feet to the point of
reverse curvature and the beginning of a curve concave to the
West, having a central angle of 36 deg. 57 min. 49 sec. and
having a radius of 542.85 feet;
THENCE continuing along and with the West right-of,-way line
of Willow Bend Drive in a Southerly direction along the arc
of said curve an arc distance of 350.21 feet to the point of
tangency;
THENCE continuing along and with the West right-of-way line
of Willow Bend Drive, South 20 deg. 26 min. 24 sec. West for
a distance of 139.24 feet;
THENCE leaving said West right-of-way line of Willow Bend
Drive, N 00 deg. 13 min. 08 sec. East for a distance of
767.00 feet;
THENCE N 89 deg. 58 min. 16 sec. E for a distance of 15.00
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described;
SAVE AND EXCEPT that portion of the described tract lying
15.00 feet parallel and coincident with the West right-of-way
line of Willow Bend Drive.
