ORDINANCE NO. 9/
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 60 FT.
X 350 FT. BURT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY EAST OF
GROVE STREET, LYING ADJACENT TO AND ABUTTING
BLOCKS "C" AND "D" OF THE OAKWOOD ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 60 ft. x 350 ft. portion of Burt Street right-of-way east of Grove Street, lying
adjacent to and abutting Blocks "C" and "D" of the Oakwood Addition to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, requested by Mobil Oil, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and
it is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
