ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE REVOKING A
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT ISSUED FOR A
DRINKING PLACE ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 4290 PRADICE, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY , TEXAS , BASED ON
NONCOMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS; 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 7, AND 8, CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE 3,
SECTION 30-26 H(2) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT.
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1984 City Council granted a specific use permit
(Ordinance No. 84-151) on property located at 4290 Pradice (a drinking place).
WHEREAS, based on noncompliance with conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, Chapter
3, Article 3, Section 30-26 H(2), City Council is of the opinion that the revocation of such
specific use permit is in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That the specific use permit granted on November 20, 1984 (Ordinance No. 84-151) on
property located at 4290 Pradice, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas (a drinking place),
described in detail on the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", and made
a part hereof for all purposes, due to noncompliance with conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8,
Chapter 3, Article 3, Section 30-26 H(2) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont,
is hereby revoked.
