ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A
60 FT. X 300 FT. GENERAL UTILITY
EASEMENT LYING BETWEEN SHERMAN
AND GRANT STREETS, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 60 ft. x 300 ft. general utility easement lying between Sherman and Grant Streets
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, requested by Beaumont Housing Finance Corporation,
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and it is hereby, abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,&Uay
of 1991.
