ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING WALLACE
STREET BETWEEN BUFORD AND FINIS SUBJECT TO
THE RETENTION OF A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT
TO TAKE THE PLACE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the abandoning of Wallace Street between Buford and Finis
subject to the retention of a general utility easement to take
the place of the right-off-way Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be, and it is hereby,
abandoned and title to such property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
