BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of fleet
vehicles in the amount of $552,538 through the State of Texas Cooperative Purchasing
Program as shown below:
