BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to implement the contribution
rate changes as shown below for retirees including their dependents who are on the City's
medical and/or dental plans effective January 1, 2004:
