ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND
ABANDONING THE 61.11 FOOT X 300
FOOT SEGMENT OF THE CROCKETT STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY LYING BETWEEN PARK
STREET AND NECHES STREET, BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 6 1.11 foot x 300 foot segment of the Crockett Street right-of-way lying between Park
Street and Neches Street, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, be, and it is hereby, abandoned subject to the retention of a 61.11 foot x 300
foot general utility easement and title to such property shall revert to and become the property
of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the�122lz-
day of� t 1990.
