BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make Consolidated Block Grant
Program amendments amounting to$10,000 to fund a proposed Extended Hours Program
for the Sterling Pruitt Activity Center located at 3920 Gulf Street. The funds for this
program will be reallocated from the 1999, 2001 and 2003 Consolidated Block Grant
Programs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Beaumont Recreation Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
October, 2003.
