BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of $29,923 to International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) for the renewal of an
annual maintenance agreement to provide services for the mainframe computers(iSeries)
and peripheral equipment located in various City departments and facilities.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
October, 2003.
