WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of thermal imaging cameras for
use by the Beaumont Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Dooley Tackaberry, Inc., Deer Park, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$35,987.53; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Dooley
Tackaberry, Inc., Deer Park, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Dooley Tackaberry, Inc., Deer Park, Texas, in the amount of
$35,987.53 for the purchase of thermal imaging cameras for use by the Beaumont Fire
Department be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
October, 2003.
