WHEREAS, Mickey Phelan B Land L. P. has agreed to convey a fifteen (15) foot
wide sanitary sewer easement along the future extension of Willow Bend Drive to reroute
an existing sanitary sewer line adjacent to Willow Creek County Club Estate. The fifteen
(15)foot easement is out of their property, being out of the S. Stivers League,Abstract 21,
Jefferson County, Texas, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Mickey Phelan B Land L. P. be and
the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
October, 2003.
