BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT effective October 1, 2003, the base wages of the City Attorney, Lane Nichols, is
hereby increased 2%. The contribution to the ICMA Retirement Corporation will be in the
same amount as in 2002.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of
October, 2003.
