ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A TWENTY FOOT BY 300 FOOT (20 ' x 300 ' )' ALLEY
RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED THROUGH BLOCK 5,
JARRETTE ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a twenty foot by three hundred foot (20 ' x 300 ' ) alley
right-of-way located through Block 5, Jarrette Addition,
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, be and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned
and that title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by law,
subject to the retention of a twenty foot by three hundred foot
(20 ' x 300 ' ) general utility easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1989.
