ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
THE NORTH FIVE FEET (5 ' ) OF A 15-FOOT WIDE
DEDICATED GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
ALONG THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 1 ,
AUDUBON PLACE ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the north five feet (5 ' ) of a 15-foot wide dedicated
dedicated general utility easement located along the south 15
feet of Lot 13 , Block 1 , Audubon Place Addition, Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
be, and it is hereby, vacated and abandoned and title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
