ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
PORTIONS OF TWO ( 2 ) GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENTS
ACROSS LOT 43 , BLOCK 48, AND LOT 20 , BLOCK 49
OF THE CALDER HIGHLAND EXTENSION ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT portions of two (2 ) general utility easements located in
Block 48, Lot 43 and Block 49, Lot 20 of the Calder Highland
Extension Addition, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be
and the same are hereby, vacated and abandoned and that title to
such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
