ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A FIVE FOOT (5 ' ) WIDE STREET LIGHT EASEMENT
EXTENDING ACROSS THE EAST SIDE OF LOT 4,
BLOCK 8, WASHINGTON MANOR ADDITION, UNIT 3 AT
4545 CARTWRIGHT AVENUE, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 5 ' wide street light easement extending across the east
side of Lot 4, Block 8, Washington Manor Addition, Unit 3, at
4545 Cartwright Avenue, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be, and it is hereby,
vacated and abandoned and title to such property shall revert to
and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
