ORDINANCE NO. 99 --3
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
PORTIONS OF TWO (2) GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENTS
ACROSS LOTS 26 AND 27, OF THE CALDER TERRACE
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT portions of two (2 ) general utility easements located across
Lots 26 and 27, of the Calder Terrace Addition, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby, vacated
and abandoned and that title to such property shall revert to and
become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 17ZA, day of 1986.
