ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A TEN FOOT (10 ' ) WIDE DEDICATED GENERAL
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE MCFADDIN
HEIGHTS ADDITION, BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 10 ' wide dedica .ed general utility easement located in the
McFaddin Heights Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be, and it is hereby,
vacated and abandoned and title to such property shall revert to
and become the property of the persons entitled thereto, as
provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 111th day of April , 1989.
