WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation
of Small Diameter Mains, Howell/Yount Outfall, Contract-VI; and,
WHEREAS, PM Construction and Rehab, L.P., Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in
amount of$718,494; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by PM Construction
and Rehab, L.P., Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted in amount of $718,494 by PM Construction and Rehab, L.P.,
Houston, Texas, for a contract for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of Small Diameter
Mains, Howell/Yount Outfall, Contract-VI be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
September, 2003.
