BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the firm of Cook, Shaver, Parker&Williams, be and they are hereby, designated as
independent auditors for the City of Beaumont in the amount of $62,550 for the fiscal
period ending September 30, 2003 with an option to renew annually for a period of three
additional years.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 22nd day of July,
2003.
