BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a labor agreement with
the International Association of Firefighters Local 399 for the period of October 1, 2001 to
September 30, 2005.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
September, 2003.
