WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of a fire alarm
system upgrade for the Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, Guardian Force Security Services submitted a bid in the amount of
$75,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Guardian Force
Security Services should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Guardian Force Security Services in the amount of$75,000 for
the purchase and installation of a fire alarm system upgrade for the Julie Rogers Theatre
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
September, 2003.
