THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release weed liens in the
amount of$3,737.54, including penalties and interest, against Lot 5, Block L, Pennock &
Potts Addition, owned by Carl W. Flowers. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute all documents necessary to evidence the release of the weed liens against Lot 5,
Block L, Pennock & Potts Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
September, 2003.
