ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
BROUSSARD STREET ADJACENT TO BLOCKS F AND G, t�
PENNOCK AND POTTS ADDITION, BEAUMONT, .r►
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Broussard Street adjacent to Blocks F and G, Pennock and ►
Potts Addition, Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as shown on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the
same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, subject to the retention
of a general utility easement and that title to such abandoned
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the 7 day of 1 988.
