BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Texas Department of Transportation in order for the City of Beaumont to receive grant
assistance from the State Public Transportation Fund in the amount of$426,348.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9t" day of
September, 2003.
