BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to accept a Local Law Enforcement Block
Grant from the U.S. Department of Justice in the amount of$177,621 and provide a cash
match of$19,736 allocated from the Confiscated Goods account.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
September, 2003.
