facility for property described in Exhibit "A" attachea heretc
and made a part hereof ; and,

to expand its Specific Use Permit to allow a 96-beO sociQ
service youth residential facy; and,

171!ERRAS, the City Council is of the opinioa that t&�
maendment of such specific use permit is in the lost interest of
the City of Beaumont and its citizens, subject to tho hereina9ter
described con6itions;
NOW, THEREFOM, BE IT OIDAINED BY
CITY OF BEAMONT:
Section I
That Ordinance No. 36-113 he amended by amending the
specific Use Permit to allow a 96-heC social service youth
residential facility to 5e operated as a psychiatric hospital on
property located at 2865 S. Sth Street, 3eaumont, jefferson
County, Texas.
Section 2.
That all conlitions necessary for issuance of an
amended specific use permit have been met and an amended specific
use permit to allow a ✓6-bod social service youth residential
facility to be operate6 as a psychiatric hospital on property
located at 2365 S. Sth Street, Beaunont, jefferion County, TeNas,
in accordance with Section 30-26 and Section 30-40 of the C06 Of
Ordinances of the City of leaumont, as aWndej, and is hereby
granted, as amendeO, to AHKa of Southeast Texas, property owner,
its legal representatives, successors and assigns for that
certain tract described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and mace a
part hereof for all purposes.
Section 3.
That the amended specific use per tit herein granted is
expressly issued for and in accordance with each particular and
detail of the amenaed site plan attache6 hereto as Exhibit
and made a part hereof for all Durposes.
Section 4.
Notwithstanding the site plan attache O hereto, the use of
the property her2inabove described shall be in all other respects
