ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A 20 ' X 200 ' ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK A (AKA --
BLOCK 66A AND BLOCK 66) VAN WORMER ADDITION,
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS AND
PROVIDING FOR RETENTION OF A UTILITY
EASEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: c-n
THAT a 20 ' x 200 ' alley in Block A (a/k/a Block 66A and Block 66)
Van Wormer Addition, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be
and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to
such property, othern than the rights retained herein, shall
revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law; providing, however, that the
hereinabove described tract of land is expressly retained by the
City of Beaumont as an easement for general utility pruposes
only.
