ORDINANCE NO. 03-067
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING THE 20' x 300'
ALLEY IN BLOCK 3, MCFADDIN FIRST ADDITION, IN THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 20' x 300' alley in Block 3, McFaddin First Addition as shown below and on
Exhibits"A"and "B" attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned:
Being a 20'x 300' alley in Block 3, McFaddin First Addition, beginning at the
east right-of-way line of Jirou Street and extending in an easterly direction to
the west right-of-way line of Gulf Street, containing 0.137 acres, more or
less.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of
August, 2003.
